The Wondercrump World of Roald Dahl - Southbank Centre Touring
Kate is an established designer for immersive and site sympathetic theatre and dance. Her experiences in the industry; creating worlds and theatrical playgrounds for audience exploration, have also lead her to also work on exhibitions and events. Working with pioneering theatrical storytellers, Punchdrunk and Punchdrunk Enrichment for the majority of her career, Kate has also designed and worked with leading cultural institutions such as Southbank Centre, Wales Millennium Centre, National Maritime Museum and National Trust.
Collaborating with the directing and writing teams at the start of a project and setting the creative direction, is a particular aspect of the creation process Kate enjoys. A trained tailor and costume maker, Kate also designs and makes costume for site specific, opera, dance and circus.
